RaadsenConsult is a consulting office especially for companies that outsource parts of their activities or that consider to do so. A number of issues have to be addressed:

1. Why would I consider to outsource and more in particular: which activities can be outsourced and which should I keep in-house?. These decisions have far-reaching strategic consequences.

2. Once I have made the decision to outsource to a (partner-)supplier, the next question arises: how to create a successful partnership that is able to cope with misunderstandings and -in some cases- even with disappontments?

3. How to get the optimum from the relationship with a partner-supplier? A joint project focused on cost savings has proven to be a very effective approach. Experience shows that savings form 15% up to 30% of the product cost are feasible.
